BA International Adjusters & Surveyors Co., Inc. is an active member of Association of Philippines Adjustment Companies (APAC) and Insurance Institute for Asia and the Pacific Inc. (IIAP), and also its adjusters are active members of Philippine Institute of Loss Adjusters (PILA).
The company was initially organized on 11th of October 1990 by seven previous employees of Manila Adjusters & Surveyors Company Inc. under the name of Macaraeg-Elido Adjusters & Appraisers Co., Inc.
December 1991, Beatriz C. Arzadon succeeded and named BA Adjusters & Marine Services, Inc. (BAAMSI)
1992, BA Adjusters & Marine Services, Inc. (BAAMSI) made a name in the field of adjustment during its maiden year and three years later, the company associated itself with a foreign company, GAB Robins International with Michael Clifford Maddox as the latter’s representative in the Philippines.
On February 2001, BA Adjusters & Marine Services, Inc. (BAAMSI) merged with McLarens with Richard Winston Southall as McLarens’ representative to the Philippines until year 2005 thereby changing its name to BA MCLARENS PHILS., INC.
August 2005, BA MCLARENS PHILS., INC. then partnered with “INSIGHT”, a VRS member based in Singapore, thereby eventually changing its name to BA INSIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC.
In the year 2011, due to health reasons, Ms. Arzadon decided to retire from service and sold all her shareholdings to Ms. Jeanette P. Malaluan who later became the majority stockholder and now the incumbent President and CEO of BA INSIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC.
2023, “INSIGHT” ended its partnership with BA INSIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC. thereby paving the way for the needed change in the Company’s name to what is now known as “BA INTERNATIONAL ADJUSTERS & SURVEYORS COMPANY, INC.” but maintaining its membership with VRS.
To date, BA INTERNATIONAL ADJUSTERS & SURVEYORS COMPANY, INC. has been in existence for more than 33 years and is now considered as one of the biggest names in the adjustment industry.
