- 1993: began his career in the insurance industry as trainee Adjuster under the Motorcar Division and worked his way up to managerial position
- 2009: went overseas and joined the Motorcar department of Arab Loss Adjusters in Dubai, UAE before becoming an Estimating Assistant – Bids Division of Leighton Services/Theiss Services Middle East LLC also in Dubai
- 2012: joined Crawford & Company Pte Ltd. Singapore as Process Improvement Manager for Motor Division handling the Aviva Claims Team, the Survey Team, the Investigation Team, and TP Liability Settlement Team, and also worked with the Travel Claims Team
- 2016: rejoined and appointed as Senior Assistant Vice President – Motor & Casualty Division of BA International Adjusters & Surveyors Company, Inc. where he specializes in handling claims investigations dealing with fraud and the likes
