- decided to delve into the food industry as a business partner of University Avenue Canteen in Cagayan De Oro and purchase for Plaza Fair Supermarket – Pasong Tamo and Cagayan De Oro branches – from 1989 to 1997
- 1997 to July 2022: returned to the Insurance Industry as a Claims Manager of Lockton Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers, Inc.
- July 2022 to end of 2022: was employed as a consultant by Lockton Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers, Inc.
- 20 February 2023 was appointed AVP of BA International Adjusters & Surveyors Company, Inc.
